Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box, ensuring all certificates, warranty cards, and spare links are included to maintain full value.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid priority label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the shipment is fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the watch's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
